How hthcv can help the border region
We can help the region by planting trees and more green. This will benifit that area many different ways. One way is that it can help immigrants come here illegally. it will give them cover to hide behind and also they can eat the leaves for food. Also trees help evaporation and condensation. Which means more rainfall :D.
